She is Co-Founder of Diamond in the Raw Foundation and puts on the Action Icon Awards honoring risk-taking stuntwomen and action actresses and extreme sports stars.
Sharon Shaffer is a stuntwoman who performed in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986) and worked as stunt double in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989). She did the stunt documentary Hollywood at its Best with five leading African-American Hollywood stuntwomen including LaFaye Baker and Kim Washington.

Helen was the stunt double for Helen Holmes in The Hazards of Helen (1914) action adventure film series.
